Nintendo Music debuted on October 30, 2024, exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members. Available for iOS and Android, it offers streaming and offline downloads of video game tracks spanning decades of Nintendo history. Subscribers enjoy everything from Super Mario Bros. to Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and now classic NES chiptunes, for an annual fee starting at 20 dollars per year (or local equivalent).
With the NES catalog bolstered, we can speculate about future additions. Potential candidates include Famicom Disk System exclusives, early Game Boy scores, and even licensed titles that defined the ’80s. Recently we got nostalgic gems like Mario Kart 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, we should never forget how huge is the amazing soundtracks catalogue Nintendo has.
